“Treating people like people”
“Something that everyone can access”
“Finding a way for healthcare providers with different expertise to communicate with one another”

These are just some of the ways that people who use health care talk about what “quality” health care means to them.

“Quality health care” means different things to different people.

Our work to develop a Quality Framework integrated feedback from primary care providers, mental health care providers, people who use Collaborative Care services, and experts in quality measurement; in doing so, we aim to provide clarity regarding standards of care and heighten focus on opportunities to improve care in ways that are meaningful to clients and families.
